(EN)A method for determining the depth of occurrence of a fluid saturated stratum and the type of that fluid, such as mainly mineralized water, mineral oil, gas, released during the drilling process, consisting in cutting-off the feed of the drilling mud into the borehole at the first signals of appearance of the fluid. After a pause, the feeding of the drilling mud into the borehole is resumed, the times at which the feed of the drilling mud into the borehole is resumed and at which the portion of the drilling mud diluted with the fluid emerges at the surface, and at which the stratum is saturated, being fixed and the depth of occurrence of the stratum being determined depending thereupon. The drilling mud fed into the borehole is preliminarily processed so as to keep stable its initial redox-potential value. The redox-potential value of the drilling mud emerging from the borehole is permanently measured and compared with the initial redox-potential value of the drilling mud. The feeding of the drilling mud into the borehole is stopped at the time of change of the fluid is determined by way of comparison of its redox-potential with the known normal redox-potential values.
(FR)Un procede de determination de la profondeur a laquelle se trouve une couche saturee de fluide et du type de ce fluide, essentiellement de l"eau mineralisee, du petrole, du gaz qui se degagent pendant le procede de forage, consiste a couper l"alimentation en boue de forage dans le trou de forage au premier signe d"apparition du fluide. Apres une pause, on recommence l"alimentation de la boue de forage dans le trou de forage, les temps de reprise de l"alimentation de la boue de forage dans le trou de forage et de la sortie a la surface de la partie de boue de forage diluee dans le fluide saturant la couche, etant fixes et la profondeur a laquelle se trouve la couche etant determinee en fonction de ces temps. La boue de forage qui alimente le trou de forage est premierement traitee de maniere a maintenir stable la valeur initiale de son potentiel redox. La valeur du potentiel redox de la boue de forage sortant du trou de forage est mesuree en permanence et elle est comparee a la valeur initiale du potentiel redox de la boue de forage. L"alimentation en boue de forage dans le trou de forage est arretee au moment du changement du potentiel redox indiquant la presence, dans la boue de forage du fluide qui sature la couche. Ensuite, le potentiel redox de la fraction de boue de forage, sature avec le fluide, est determine et le type de fluide est determine par comparaison de son potentiel redox avec les valeurs normales de potentiel redox.
