(EN)The manure, which has been previously finely ground, is diluted (3) so as to form a liquid mixture containing not more than 4% of solid material. This mixture is fed into a bioreactor (6) of which the gas is used to feed the burner (11) of a dryer (10) in which the manure particles are dried. Before and after passage of the mixture into the bioreactor, filaments and fibres are separated (4, 9). At least part of the liquid separated in the second separator (9) is recycled (13) in the initial liquid mixture. The energy of the water vapor from the drying is used to activate the bioreaction (16). The residual liquid not recycled is subjected to a nitrifying/ denitrifying treatment (15). The residual mud may be collected (23) and mixed with the dried product, as well as the fibres and filaments eliminated. The mud, the filaments and the fibres, rich in proteins, may be used directly as foodstufff or cattle. The other residual products are appropriate for use as fertilisers.
(FR)Le fumier, prealablement finement moulu, est dilue (3) de maniere a former un melange liquide contenant au plus 4% de matiere solide. Ce melange est introduit dans un bioreacteur (6) dont le gaz est utilise pour alimenter le bruleur (11) d"un sechoir (10) dans lequel sont sechees les particules de fumier. Avant et apres passage du melange dans le bioreacteur, filaments et fibres sont separes (4, 9). Une partie au moins du liquide separe dans le second separateur (9) est recyclee (13) dans le melange liquide initial. L"energie de la vapeur d"eau du sechage est utilisee pour activer la bioreaction (16). Le liquide residuel non recycle est soumis a un traitement de nitrification/denitrification (15). Les boues residuelles peuvent etre recuperees (23) et melangees au produit seche, ainsi que les fibres et filaments elimines. Les boues, les filaments et les fibres, riches en proteines, peuvent etre utilises directement comme aliment pour le betail. Les autres produits residuels sont utilisables comme engrais.
