(EN)Process for preparing fluorophosphated glass without any trace of beryllium having a refraction index ne comprised between 1.40 and 1.46, a value of the Abbe Number ve comprised between 85 and 94 and a value of partial abnormal dispersion, high and positive expressed by + (Alpha) ve and comprised between 19 and 28. The process is characterized in that the initial mixture, containing as components particularly metaphosphates, fluorides, as well as alkali fluoroborates in predetermined weight%, is subjected to melting in the following manner: heating of the ground mixture at a temperature comprised between 700 and 800 C, refining of the melt bath at a temperature comprised between 900 and 1000 C during a period from 8 to 25 minutes, homogeneization of the melt bath at a temperature from 900 to 1000 C in the interval from 5 to 15 minutes, lowering to a moulding temperature, comprised between 575 to 650 C and cast into moulds, particularly of aluminium, preheated at about 320 C.
(FR)Il est decrit un procede de preparation d"un verre fluorophosphate sans traces de beryllium presentant un indice de refraction ne situe entre 1,40 et 1,46, une valeur du nombre d"Abbe ve situee entre 85 et 94 et une valeur de dispersion anormale partielle, elevee et positive s"exprimant par + (Alpha)ve et situee entre 19 et 28. Le procede est caracterise en ce que le melange initial, contenant comme composants en particulier des metaphosphates, des fluorures, ainsi que des fluoborates d"alcali en%-ages en poids predetermines, est soumis a la fusion de la maniere suivante: chauffage du melange triture a une temperature de 700 a 800 C, raffinage du bain fondu a une temperature de 900 a 1000 C durant une periode de 8 a 25 minutes, homogeneisation du bain fondu a une temperature de 900 a 1000 C dans l"intervalle de 5 a 15 minutes, abaissement a une temperature de moulage, situee entre 575 et 650 C et coulee dans des moules, en particulier en aluminium, prechauffes aux environs de 320 C.
