(EN)Buildings, the roof structure of which, briefly, comprises roof trusses with relatively widely spaced relationship, between which self-supporting roof plates are laid. The roof plates are covered by a covering layer in such a manner that a gap is formed between the covering layer and the roof plates. The invention is particularly adapted for industrial buildings. The especially efficient feature is that air is passed in one or the other direction through a ventilation opening in the roof, through said gap (13) and through ducts (9) located in the roof plates. When the air is sucked in from the atmosphere through the ventilation opening and passes through the aforesaid means, the air is passed to an air conditioning unit (5) and to a distribution device (6) of some kind within the building in order to maintain a suitable temperature in the building. The air can also be led the inverted way and, thus, be taken up in the form of outdoor air by the air conditioning unit (5) and after its passage through the building be conducted away into the atmosphere through the roof structure by the ventilation opening.
(FR)Dans des batiments dont la toiture comprend des poutres relativement espacees, des plaques de toitures autoportantes reposent entre ces poutres. Les plaques de toitures sont recouvertes par une couche de couverture de telle maniere qu"un espace est defini entre la couche de couverture et les plaques de toiture. L"invention est particulierement adaptee pour les batiments industriels. La caracteristique particulierement efficace est que l"air passe dans une direction ou l"autre au travers d"une ouverture de ventilation dans le toit, a travers ledit espace (13) et a travers les conduits (9) situes dans les plaques de toitures. Lorsque l"air est aspire depuis l"atmosphere au travers de l"ouverture de ventilation et qu"il passe au travers les moyens mentionnes ci-dessus, il passe dans une unite de conditionnement d"air (5) et vers un dispositif de distribution (6) du meme genre dans le batiment de maniere a maintenir une temperature appropriee dans celui-ci. L"air peut egalement etre inverse et ainsi, il peut-etre pris sous forme d"air exterieur par l"unite de conditionnement d"air (5) et apres son passage au travers du batiment il peut etre conduit a l"exterieur dans l"atmosphere au travers de la toiture par l"ouverture de ventilation.
