(EN)Method and device for measuring the concentration of an oxidisable substrate in a solution by means of an enzymatic reaction. This method of analysis, of the kind utilizing an enzymatic electrode, is characterised in that an acceptor OX is chosen to oxidise the substrate, constituted by a macromolecule of molecular weight much greater than that of the substrate and that a semi-permeable membrane (3) is utilised, presenting a threshold breakage intermediate between the molecular mass of the substrate and that of the OX acceptor. The method can be utilized for the analysis of lactates by utilising as OX acceptor ferricytochrome C, and, as specific enzyme, lacticohydrogenase.

Ce procede de dosage du type des procedes utilisant une electrode enzymatique, est caracterise en ce que l"on choisit un accepteur OX destine a oxyder le substrat, constitue par une macromolecule de masse moleculaire tres superieure a celle du substrat, et en ce que l"on utilise une membrane semi-permeable (3) presentant un seuil de coupure de valeur intermediaire entre la masse moleculaire du substrat et celle de l"accepteur OX. Le procede est applicable pour le dosage des lactates en utilisant comme accepteur OX du Ferricytochrome C, et comme enzyme specifique, de la lacticodeshydrogenase.
