(EN)A method and device for control of structure-mechanical properties of the drilling mud providing for determination of the viscosity with a viscometer (1) and of the static shear stress with a device (7) for measuring the static shear stress comprising movable sensitive elements (2, 8) with signal converters (6, 12) by way of immersion of the movable sensitive elements (2, 8) into the drilling mud and comparison of the indications reflecting the measured parameters. The sensitive elements (2, 8) are connected to a same pole of the current source (13), whereas an electrode (14) connected to the reciprocal pole of the current source (13) is immersed into the drilling mud. The current between the electrode (14) and the sensitive elements (2, 8) is measured and, once the latter is stabilized, signals proportional to the viscosity and to the static shear stress are obtained from the signal converters (6, 12) after which the first ratio between the signals corresponding to the static shear stress and to the viscosity is determined on the divider (17) with the outputs of the converters (6, 12) connected to it. Then the polarity of the poles of the current source (13) is changed and the second ratio between the signals corresponding to the static shear stress and to the viscosity is determined after which the arithmetical mean of the first and second ratios is determined.
(FR)Une methode et un dispositif de controle des proprietes de structure et mecaniques de la boue de forage permettent de determiner la viscosite avec un viscosimetre (1) et l"effort au cisaillement statique avec un dispositif (7) de mesure de l"effort au cisaillement statique comprenant des elements sensibles mobiles (2, 8) avec des convertisseurs de signaux (6, 12), par immersion des elements sensibles mobiles (2, 8) dans la boue de forage et par comparaison des indications des parametres mesures. Les elements sensibles (2, 8) sont connectes a un meme pole d"une source de courant (13) tandis qu"une electrode (14) connectee au pole inverse de la source de courant (13) est immergee dans la boue de forage. Le courant entre l"electrode (14) et les elements sensibles (2, 8) est mesure et, une fois que ce courant est stabilise, des signaux proportionnels a la viscosite et a l"effort au cisaillement statique sont obtenus des convertisseurs de signaux (6, 12), apres quoi le premier rapport entre les signaux correspondant a l"effort au cisaillement statique et a la viscosite est determine sur le diviseur (17), les sorties des convertisseurs (6, 12) etant connectees aux diviseurs. Ensuite, la polarite des poles de la source de courant (13) est changee et le second rapport entre les signaux correspondant a l"effort au cisaillement statique et a la viscosite est determine, apres quoi la moyenne arithmetique du premier rapport et du second rapport est determinee.
