Abstract:
(EN) A method and an apparatus for dosing the air-fuel mixture in burners of the type which is formed with an evaporator tube (9) through which fuel and some amount of combustion air is introduced in the combustion chamber (1) and in said combustion chamber is mixed with further combustion air and is inflamed The optimum amount of combustion air is determined for different amounts of fuel and for different reference temperatures in a predetermined point of the evaporator tube (9) adjacent the mouth (10) thereof in the combustion chamber (1), and the temperature of the air-fuel mixture is measured by means of a thermo element (41) in the said point of the evaporator tube (9). In an electronic unit (34) the actual temperature is compared with the predetermined reference temperature for a given amount of injected fuel, and in case of an actual temperature below or above respectively the reference temperature the amount of combustion air is reduced or increased respectively by means of a control means in proportion to the measured temperature difference until the actual temperature has increased or dropped respectively to the reference temperature, what follows according to a programmed curve.
(FR) Une methode et un appareil de dosage d'un melange air-combustible dans des bruleurs du type comportant un tube evaporateur (9) au travers duquel du combustible et une certaine quantite de l'air de combustion sont introduits dans la chambre de combustion (1) et sont melanges a de l'air de combustion supplementaire dans ladite chambre de combustion puis brules. La quantite optimale d'air de combustion est determinee pour differentes quantites de combustibles et pour differentes temperatures de references en un point predetermine du tube evaporateur (9) adjacent a sa bouche (10) dans la chambre de combustion (1), et la temperature du melange air-combustible est mesuree au moyen d'un thermo-element (41) audit point du tube evaporateur (9). Dans une unite electronique (34) la temperature reelle est comparee a la temperature de reference predeterminee pour une quantite donnee de combustible injecte, et dans le cas d'une temperature reelle inferieure ou superieure respectivement a la temperature de reference, la quantite d'air de combustion est reduite ou augmentee respectivement a l'aide de moyens de commande proportionnellement a la temperature differentielle mesuree, jusqu'a ce que la temperature reelle augmente ou baisse respectivement par rapport a la temperature de reference, ceci etant realise en fonction d'une courbe programmee.
