Abstract

A process of conservation of immobilized proteins for the purposes of their long-term preservation and transportation to be used in the food, microbiological and medical industries. The process consists in the freeze-drying of the immobilized proteins in presence of an inert water-soluble filler such as inorganic salts, amino acids, carbohydrates, polysaccharides, water-soluble polymers, polyalcohols.

Procede de conservation de proteines immobilisees pour leur stockage prolonge et leur transport, utilise dans les industries alimentaire, microbiologique et medicale. Le procede consiste en la lyophilisation des proteines immobilisees en presence d"une substance de remplissage inerte soluble dans l"eau telle que des sels mineraux, des acides amines, des hydrates de carbone, des polysaccharides, des polymeres solubles dans l"eau, des polyalcools.
