(EN)Improvement in a radial-ply tire for enhancing separation resistance property of the bead portion structure thereof. A part or the whole of carcass ply having incorporated therein polyester cords is folded from inside to outside, upon which is disposed a radial-ply tire having a steel chafer, upon which is further disposed an organic fiber reinforcing layer. The steel chafer has a cord angle of from 15 to 45 and a height H which is from 15 to 28% of the height to tire inner face. The carcass has a maximum folding edge height h which is not greater than 85% of the steel chafer height H. The organic fiber reinforcing layer has a cord angle of from 20 to 75 relative to the peripheral direction of the tire. A crossing angle between the cord and the steel chafer is not less than 10 .
(FR)Ameliorations apportees a un pneu a carcasse radiale pour augmenter la resistance a la separation du talon. Une partie ou la totalite des plis de la carcasse ayant des cordes de polyester incorporees dans les plis est repliee de l"interieur vers l"exterieur, sur laquelle est place un pneu a carcasse radiale ayant un element de frottement en acier, sur lequel est disposee une couche de renforcement en fibres organiques. L"element de frottement en acier a un angle de corde de 15 a 45 et une hauteur H qui est de 15 a 28% de la hauteur de la face interieure du pneu. La carcasse a une hauteur maximum h au bord de pliage qui ne depasse pas 85% de la hauteur de l"element de frottement H. La couche de renforcement en fibres organiques a un angle de corde de 20 a 75 par rapport a la peripherie du pneu. Un angle de croisement entre la corde et l"element de frottement en acier n"est pas inferieur a 10 .
