Abstract:
(EN) The cleaning residues of cotton are usually separated into spinnable quality fibers and waste. Therefore, it is important to conceive a separating process and arrangement of which the capacity is adapted to the output of individual mills of common size, and which does not require any transport means for collecting material from several mills, and which has a good efficiency. The solution lies essentially in a sorting inlet of the incoming waste (2) and the formation of fractions (81-83) which differ as to the concentration of impurities and quality fibers. The fractions are recirculated through the separating device (4) until the desired recovery rate is reached.
(FR) Les residus de nettoyage de coton sont habituellement separes en fibres de qualite filables et en dechets proprement dits. Il importe par consequent de concevoir un procede et une installation de separation dont la capacite soit adaptee a la production des filatures individuelles d"importance usuelle, qui n"exige pour une utilisation a pleine capacite aucun transport collecteur a partir de plusieurs filatures et qui fasse preuve d"un excellent rendement. La solution repose pour l"essentiel sur un tri d"entree des dechets amenes (2) avec formation de fractions (81-83) qui different quant a la concentration en impuretes et en fibres de qualite. Les fractions recirculent ensuite a travers le dispositif de separation (4) jusqu"a ce que le taux de recuperation souhaite soit atteint.
