Abstract:
(EN) In the milling of wheat and other delicate materials to be milled, an improvement of the quality of the finished product is achieved by increasing and decreasing rapidly and alternately the milling space formed between at least two rollers of a roller type mill, said space being adjusted to a minimum value, by means of periodic oscillations of one of the rollers with respect to the other. A highly pronounced differentiation can be achieved, in other words an improvement of the quality of the finished product, if at least one grinding body (3), forming with another grinding body (2) a grinding space, has a convex or cylindrical cross-sectional profile, whereas the other grinding body (2) has, preferably, a concave section and does not rotate about its proper axis. The surface of the concave grinding body, of which the radius of curvature is generally bigger than the sum of the radius of curvature of the cooperating grinding body plus the minimum grinding space, can be structured in a different way by sections in the feed direction of the material to be ground. Adjustments (101) of one of the grinding bodies (2) with respect to the other (3) allow to adapt the grinding, to a large extent, to the material to be ground.
(FR) Dans la mouture du ble d"autres matieres delicates a moudre on obtient une amelioration de la qualite du produit fini en augmentant et diminuant rapidement et en alternance l"espace de mouture, forme entre au moins deux cylindres d"un moulin a cylindres, qui a ete regle a une valeur minimum, au moyen d"oscillations periodiques de l"un des cylindres par rapport a l"autre. On peut obtenir une differenciation beaucoup plus poussee de la mouture, c"est-a-dire une amelioration de la qualite du produit fini, si au moins un corps broyeur (3) qui forme avec un autre corps broyeur (2) un espace de mouture, presente, en section transversale, un profil convexe ou cylindrique, tandis que l"autre corps broyeur (2) comporte une section de preference concave et ne tourne pas autour de son propre axe. La surface du corps broyeur concave dont le rayon de courbure est normalement superieur a la somme du rayon de courbure du corps broyeur cooperant et de l"espace de mouture minimum, peut etre structuree differemment par troncons dans la direction d"avancement de la matiere a moudre. Des reglages (101) de l"un des corps broyeurs (2) par rapport a l"autre (3) permettent d"adapter la mouture dans une large mesure a la matiere a moudre.
