Abstract:
(EN) A kneader for kneading a synthetic resin and an organic or inorganic powder. Advantageously, this kneader is low in heat energy loss, simple and inexpensive, and adapted for using in combination with an extruder or injection molding machine. The kneader has a single screw (6) arranged in a cylinder (2), in which cylinder are provided a feed preheating zone, a plasticizing and kneading zone, a degassing zone and a metering zone, these zones being successively arranged in the above-mentioned order from a stock charging port side. In the kneading zone, the screw (6) is provided with flights which are designed such that grooves (16) between the adjacent flights are gradually decreased in depth backwards with respect to a rotational direction (R), and the cylinder (2) is formed on its inner surface with axially-extending recesses (12) which correspond to the grooves (16). The thus designed kneading zone contributes to effectuate high compression, cut and shearing of the stock.
(FR) Un malaxeur pour malaxer une resine synthetique et une poudre organique ou inorganique. De facon avantageuse, ce malaxeur a de faibles pertes d"energie thermique, est simple et peu couteux, et peut etre combine a un dispositif d"extrusion ou une machine de moulage a injection. Le malaxeur possede une seule vis (6) disposee dans un cylindre (2) dans lequel sont amenagees une zone de prechauffage d"alimentation, une zone de plastification et de malaxage, une zone de degazage et une zone de dosage, ces zones etant disposees dans cet ordre a partir de l"extremite situee du cote de chargement du materiau. Dans la zone de malaxage, la vis (6) possede des filets dont le dessin est tel que les cannelures (16) delimitees par les filets adjacents diminuent graduellement en profondeur dans le sens contraire au sens de rotation (R), et la surface interne du cylindre (2) presente des evidements se prolongeant axialement (12) qui correspondent aux cannelures (16). La zone de malaxage ainsi concue contribue a comprimer fortement, couper et cisailler le materiau.
