(EN)Process for producing a treating aqueous solution containing at least hydrogenoperoxide ions and hydroxyl ions according to predetermined concentrations. The process consists in using an electrolytic cell comprising a porous cathode, and in circulating simultaneously, in contact with said porous cathode, both a pressure gas containing oxygen and an initial aqueous solution slightly alkaline so as to cause the formation of hydrogenoperoxide ions and hydroxyl ions by reduction of the oxygen, said circulation being continued until said solution reaches said predetermined concentrations, and once said solution reaches said concentrations it is then evacuated outwardly to be used as a treating solution in various applications. The electrochemical reactor comprises an anodic compartment (5) fitted with an anode (9), a cathodic compartment fitted with a porous cathode (6) which divides said compartment into a first chamber containing the catholyte (7) and a second chamber (8) fed with oxygen-containing pressure gas. A diaphragm (3) is placed between the anodic and cathodic compartments. Means (12) (13) are provided for the circulation of the anolyte, and means (10) (11) are provided for the circulation of the catholyte. Application particularly to bleaching, to depollution.
(FR)Procede pour fabriquer une solution aqueuse de traitement contenant au moins des ions hydrogenoperoxydes et des ions hydroxyles selon des concentrations predeterminees. Le procede selon l"invention consiste a utiliser une cellule electrolytique comprenant une cathode poreuse, et a faire circuler simultanement au contact de ladite cathode poreuse un gaz sous pression contenant de l"oxygene et une solution aqueuse initiale faiblement alcaline de facon a provoquer la formation d"ions hydrogenoperoxydes et d"ions hydroxyles par reduction de l"oxygene, ladite circulation etant poursuivie jusqu"a ce que ladite solution atteigne lesdites concentrations predeterminees, et ladite solution ayant atteint lesdites concentrations etant alors evacuee vers l"exterieur pour etre utilisee comme solution de traitement dans des applications variees. Le reacteur electrochimique comprend un compartiment anodique (5) equipe d"une anode (9), un compartiment cathodique equipe d"une cathode poreuse (6) qui divise ledit compartiment en une premiere chambre contenant le catholyte (7) et une seconde chambre (8) destinee a etre alimentee en gaz sous pression contenant de l"oxygene. Un diaphragme (3) est interpose entre les compartiments anodique et cathodique. Des moyens (12) (13) assurent la circulation de l"anolyte, tandis que des moyens (10) (11) assurent la circulation du catholyte. Application notamment au blanchiment, a la depollution.
