(EN)In the measuring and control technics, indicators for a limit value and a measurement value working for example on an optoelectronic basis are used to determine magnitudes of physical and chemical nature. For solving such problems, particularly in fields where there are risks of explosion, a reference light beam (20 to 23) is used in parallel to the measuring light beam (13, 15 to 17) representing the magnitude measured. A difference signal (36) is obtained resulting from both light beams and representing the magnitude of the information. With this signal, indicators of universal use for limit value and measurement value can be built, working in a precise and reliable way, even in severe operating conditions, by using preferably light guides (15, 17, 21 to 23). With the use of flexible light guides (15, 17, 21 to 23) and of separate light transmitters (13, 20) of different frequencies (f1, f2), and with an alternate operation of said light transmitters, etc., a wide field of application opens that will subsequently link to information processing.
(FR)En technique de mesure et de regulation, on emploie des indicateurs de valeur limite et de valeur de mesure travaillant par exemple sur une base optoelectronique, pour determiner des grandeurs d"etat physiques et chimiques. Pour la resolution de tels problemes, notamment dans des domaines avec risques d"explosion, on utilise parallelement au rayon lumineux de mesure (13, 15 a 17) representant la grandeur mesuree un rayon lumineux de reference (20 a 23). On forme un signal de difference (36) provenant des deux rayons lumineux et representant la grandeur d"information. Avec ce signal on peut construire des indicateurs de valeur limite et de valeur de mesure d"utilisation universelle travaillant de maniere precise et sure, meme dans des conditions d"exploitation extremes, en utilisant de preference des guides de lumiere (15, 17, 21 a 23). Par l"emploi de guides de lumiere flexibles (15, 17, 21 a 23), d"emetteurs de lumiere separes (13, 20) de lumiere de differentes frequences (f1, f2), de mise en action alternee des emetteurs de lumiere, etc., on ouvre un vaste champ d"application, egalement en relation avec un traitement subsequent d"informations.
