Abstract:
(EN) Machining process by electro-erosion and system for applying such process, with machining of the bottom of the impression and machining of the flanks by lateral motion. An electrode (9) machines a piece (3). The feed of the drift (6) is controlled by a servo-control (13) according to the electrode-piece tension. The mechanism of the lateral motion (7) receives orders for increasing excitation according to the level reached by the electrode. This level is measured in a U tube (21) tilled with liquid and provided with conducting barbs which define the different levels. Application to machining by electroerosion particularly of complex-shaped pieces.
(FR) Procede d"usinage par electro-erosion et systeme pour sa mise en oeuvre, avec usinage du fond de l"empreinte et usinage des flancs par mouvement lateral. Une electrode (9) usine une piece (3). L"avance de la broche (6) est commandee par une servo-commande (13) en fonction de la tension electrode-piece. Le mecanisme de mouvement lateral (7) recoit des ordres d"augmentation d"excitation en fonction du niveau atteint par l"electrode. Ce niveau est mesure dans un tube en U (21) rempli de liquide et muni de picots conducteurs definissant des echelons de niveau. Application a l"usinage par electro-erosion, notamment de pieces de forme complexe.
