Abstract:
(EN) Apparatus for simultaneously recovering fresh water and salt or concentrated saline solution by direct collection of solar energy through special energy elements. Each energy element consists of two substantially horizontally arranged foils (10, 20), which in longitudinal direction of the elements are jointed in several places in the transverse direction, so that each element includes a plurality of longitudinal gaps (11, 12, 13, 14) for sea water transport. Each of the energy elements is attached mechanically at one end to an inlet (18) for sea water and at its remaining end (17) attached mechanically to an inlet on an evaporation chamber for the recovery of fresh water in known manner. By the invention large surfaces for solar radiation are obtained with little material consumption, thereby rendering the elements cheaper than conventional elements. The foils (10, 20) preferably are made of a black plastic material, which implies high energy absorption capacity, low weight and absence of corrosion problems.
(FR) Dispositif pour obtenir simultanement de l"eau douce et du sel ou une solution saline concentree au moyen d"energie solaire captee par des elements energetiques speciaux. Chaque element energetique comprend deux feuilles (10, 20) pratiquement horizontales qui sont jointes, dans le sens longitudinal des elements, en plusieurs endroits de leur direction transversale de facon que chaque element presente plusieurs couloirs longitudinaux (11, 12, 13, 14) pour l"ecoulement de l"eau de mer. Chaque element energetique est fixe mecaniquement par l"une de ses extremites a une entree (18) d"eau de mer et par son autre extremite a l"entree (17) d"une chambre d"evaporation pour l"obtention d"eau douce de maniere connue. Grace a l"invention on obtient de grandes surfaces receptrices de la radiation solaire en utilisant peu de matiere, ce qui rend la fabrication des elements plus economique que celle des elements classiques. De preference, les feuilles (10, 20) sont faites d"un materiau plastique noir qui presente un grand pouvoir. d"absorption d"energie, un poids faible et une absence de problemes de corrosion.
