Title (EN) HYDROSET PRESSURE RELIEF SYSTEM
(FR) SYSTEME HYDRAULIQUE DE DECOMPRESSION
Abstract:
(EN) A pressure relief system for a gyratory crusher is disclosed in which two separate but interacting fluid assemblies (13 - 15, 21, 27 - 30; 13 - 15, 34 - 39) function, respectively, to adjust the operating position of the crusher cone (4) of the gyratory crusher and to control the pressure above which the pressure relief system (17) is activated. The system operates to relieve excessive pressure caused by the introduction of uncrushable foreign matter into the crushing chamber (6) and to facilitate the elimination of such matter from the crusher.
