The invention relates to a cyclic peptide comprising the following sequence: -S1-X1-S2-X2- wherein S1 is a first target peptide sequence of a protease enzyme E1, S2 is a second target peptide sequence of a protease enzyme E2, S1 and S2 can be the same or different, the first peptide sequence S1 and the second peptide sequence S2 comprising between 4 and 14 amino acids, E1 and E2 corresponding to the same protease enzyme or to two separate protease enzymes, X1 is a probe carrying a fluorescent donor group, and X2 is a probe carrying a fluorescent or non-fluorescent acceptor group. Said peptides can be used in determining the activity of protease enzymes.

L' invention a trait à un peptide cyclique comprenant la séquence suivante : -S1-X1-S2-X2- dans laquelle S1 est une première séquence peptidique cible d'une enzyme protéase E1, S2 est une seconde séquence peptidique cible d'une enzyme protéase E2, S1 et S2 pouvant être identiques ou différents, ladite première séquence peptidique S1 et ladite seconde séquence peptidique S2 comprenant de 4 à 14 acides aminés, E1 et E2 pouvant correspondre à la même enzyme protéase ou à deux enzymes protéases distinctes, X1 est une sonde porteuse d'un groupe donneur fluorescent et X2 est une sonde porteuse d'un groupe accepteur fluorescent ou non fluorescent. Application de ces peptides à la détermination de l'activité d'enzymes protéases.
