Disclosed in an embodiment of the present invention are a shortcut activation access providing method, electronic apparatus and storage medium, the shortcut activation access providing method comprising the steps of: acquiring the position information of a taskbar in an operation interface; creating a self-defined shortcut activation window, and providing a shortcut activation access in the self-defined shortcut activation window; and according to the position information of the Taskbar, setting the self-defined shortcut activation window at a position adjacent to the Start menu bar in the operation interface. The present invention also relates to an electronic apparatus and storage medium. The embodiment of the shortcut activation access providing method, electronic apparatus and storage medium of the present invention is used in the Windows system, improving user operation efficiency.
