FIELD: process engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed composite panel comprises layer of foamed material with density smaller than 100 kg/m3, wherein said layer is arranged between two layers of polyisocyanurate material reinforced by fiber. Foamed material features density of 10-50 kg/m3. Thickness of foamed layer exceeds that of two layers of polyisocyanurate material reinforced by fiber. Proposed method allows interaction of composition comprising polyisocyanate and polyol at increased temperature in mould in presence of trimerisation catalyst. Said composition stays in closed contact in said mould with two layers of fiber and foamed material layer arranged there between. EFFECT: reduced weight, higher strength and improved fire resistance. 3 ex, 1 tbl

Композитная панель включает слой вспененного материала, имеющего плотность менее 100 кг/м3, в которой данный слой расположен между двумя слоями армированного волокном полиизоциануратного материала. Вспененный материал имеет плотность 10-50 кг/м3. Толщина вспененного материала больше, чем толщина 2 слоев армированного волокном полиизоциануратного материала вместе. Способ получения композитной панели обеспечивает взаимодействие композиции, включающей полиизоцианат и полиол при повышенной температуре, в пресс-форме и в присутствии катализатора тримеризации, в которой данная композиция находится в близком контакте с 2 слоями волокна, между которыми расположен слой вспененного материала. Технический результат, который достигается при использовании композитной панели по изобретению, обеспечивает легкий вес, высокую ее прочность и хорошие огнеупорные свойства. 2 н. и 7 з.п. ф-лы, 1 табл.
