FIELD: chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention describes polymeric latex made through radical emulsion polymerisation, containing polymer particles which contain structural units obtained from at least one conjugated diene component, where the said polymer particles contain at least one hard phase segment having glass transition point (Tg) of at least 50°C and at least one soft phase segment having glass transition point (Tg) not higher than 10°C, where total number of hard phase segments constitutes 2-40 wt %, and total number of soft phase segments constitutes 60-98 wt % relative total weight of the polymer particles, where Tg is measured using a differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) method in accordance with ASTM D3418-03, and the said polymeric latex is resistant to electrolytes, defined as critical coagulation concentration less than 30 mmol/l CaCl2 (defined for overall content of solid particles of latex 0.1 at pH 10). Described also is a method of producing the said latex. The invention describes a composite polymeric latex composition suitable for dip moulding articles, which contains the said polymeric latex; described also is a film made from said polymeric latex and a method of making said film, as well as a latex article containing said film. EFFECT: polymeric latex which may be contained in the composite latex composition which has prolonged stability and possibility of use for conventional dip moulding processes for making latex articles where there is no need for cross-linking the composition either with radiation or with a cross-linking agent. 22 cl, 2 dwg, 3 tbl, 6 ex

Настоящее изобретение относится к полимерному латексу, который, в особенности, пригоден для производства изделий формованием окунанием. Описан полимерный латекс, изготовленный радикальной эмульсионной полимеризацией, включающий полимерные частицы, содержащие структурные единицы, полученные из, по меньшей мере, одного сопряженного диенового компонента, где указанные полимерные частицы включают, по меньшей мере, один жесткий фазовый сегмент, имеющий температуру стеклования (Tg), по меньшей мере, 50°С и, по меньшей мере, один мягкий фазовый сегмент, имеющий температуру стеклования (Tg) не больше чем 10°С, причем общее количество жестких фазовых сегментов составляет от 2 до 40% по массе, а общее количество мягких фазовых сегментов составляет от 60 до 98% по массе относительно общей массы полимерных частиц, где Tg измеряют методом ДСК в соответствии с ASTM D3418-03, и указанный полимерный латекс имеет стабильность к электролитам, определенную как критическая концентрация коагуляции, менее 30 ммоль/л CaCl2 (определенную для полного содержания твердых частиц латекса 0,1% при рН 10). Также описан способ получения указанного выше латекса. Описана смешанная полимерная латексная композиция, пригодная для производства изделий формованием окунанием, включающая указанный выше полимерный латекс; описана пленка, изготовленная из указанного выше полимерного латекса и способ ее получения, а также латексное изделие, включающее указанную пленку. Технический результат - полимерный латекс, который может быть включен в смешанную латексную композицию, имеющую долговременную стабильность и возможность использования для обычных процессов формования окунанием для изготовления латексных изделий, где нет необходимости сшивки композиции либо излучением, либо сшивающим агентом. 6 н. и 16 з.п. ф-лы, 3 табл., 2 ил.
