Abstract
(EN) FIELD: chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in chemical industry. Delayed coking unit has an erosion-resistant inner lining, which is resistant to thermal shock, and is intended for reduction of thermally induced mechanical stresses at the boundary of pressure in the coke drum. Inner lining represents refractory lining made from high-strength refractory material having low coefficient of thermal expansion, or high-strength refractory material having coefficient of thermal expansion close to coefficient of thermal expansion of main plate of drum. EFFECT: lining effectively reduces or suppresses temporary thermal stress occurring at pressure boundary in coke drum, and reduces or minimizes high thermal stress caused by temperature difference in area of shell connection with support belt. 30 cl, 3 dwg
(RU) Изобретение может быть использовано в химической промышленности. Установка замедленного коксования имеет стойкую к тепловому удару эрозионно-стойкую внутреннюю облицовку, предназначенную для снижения термически индуцированных механических напряжений на границе давления в коксовом барабане. Внутренняя облицовка представляет собой огнеупорную облицовку из высокопрочного огнеупорного материала, имеющего низкий коэффициент теплового расширения, или высокопрочного огнеупорного материала, имеющего коэффициент теплового расширения, близкий к коэффициенту теплового расширения основной пластины барабана. Облицовка эффективно снижает или подавляет временное термическое напряжение, возникающее на границе давления в коксовом барабане, и снижает или минимизирует высокое термическое напряжение, обусловленное разностью температур в области соединения обечайки с опорным поясом. 4 н. и 26 з.п. ф-лы, 3 ил.
