FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a nucleic acid construct and to a chimeric protein for polypeptide localization in a chloroplast, as well as to a vector containing the above construct. A cell of a transgenic plant containing the above protein as well as a plant, part of a transgenic plant, a transgenic plant seed and a tissue culture of a transgenic plant cell containing the above cell are also disclosed. The invention also relates to a method for production of a transgenic plant material that expresses a polypeptide in chloroplasts using the above construct. Изобретение относится к области биохимии, в частности к конструкту нуклеиновой кислоты и к химерному белку для локализации полипептида в хлоропласте, а также к вектору, содержащему вышеуказанный конструкт. Также раскрыты клетка трансгенного растения, содержащая вышеуказанный белок, а также растение, часть трансгенного растения, семя трансгенного растения и культура тканей клеток трансгенного растения, содержащие вышеуказанную клетку. Изобретение также относится к способу получения трансгенного растительного материала, который экспрессирует полипептиды в хлоропластах, с использованием вышеуказанного конструкта.
