(RU) СПОСОБ НАНЕСЕНИЯ МЕТАЛЛИЧЕСКОГО ПОКРЫТИЯ НА СОРТОВОЙ ПРОКАТ МЕТОДОМ "ПОГРУЖЕНИЯ" И КОНЕЧНЫЙ СОРТОВОЙ ПРОКАТ С ПОКРЫТИЕМ
Abstract
(EN)
FIELD: process engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antirust coating of rolled stock, in particular, rolled wire by immersion into zinc melt. In compliance with this method, rolled stock is subjected to cleaning, coat application by immersion in at least one zinc alloy melt. The latter contains 4-8 wt % of aluminium, 0.2-0.7 wt % of magnesium, zinc and residual and/or unavoidable impurities making the rest. Coated article is withdrawn from the melt and cooled down. Note here that cooling is regulated to produce fine-grain homogeneous microstructure with the fraction of β phase that makes more than 25% of the volume. EFFECT: higher antirust properties, less sensitivity to cracking, better mechanical properties. 16 cl, 9 dwg

Изобретение относится к антикоррозионному покрытию изделий сортового проката, в частности изделий в виде катаной проволоки, посредством погружения в расплав цинка. В способе поверхность изделия сортового проката подвергают очистке, покрывают изделие сортового проката путем погружения, по крайней мере, в один расплав цинкового сплава, содержащий, в массовых процентах, от 4 до 8% алюминия и от 0,2 до 0,7% магния, остальное представляет собой цинк и остаточные и/или постоянные примеси, и после извлечения из расплава покрытое изделие сортового проката охлаждают. При этом охлаждение регулируют так, чтобы придать указанному металлическому покрытию мелкозернистую, гомогенную микроструктуру с долей β фазы, которая составляет больше чем 25% от объема. Изобретение позволяет получить покрытые металлом изделия сортового проката, имеющие повышенную устойчивость против коррозии, а также менее чувствительные к проблемам растрескивания и демонстрирующее лучшие механические характеристики. 3 н. и 13 з.п. ф-лы, 9 ил.
