The invention relates to a retractable modular wall, used both for the partition of dwelling spaces and as a garage door, which is mounted on two parallel walls of an enclosure and attached closely to its ceiling. According to the invention, the wall consists of a left assembled rolling track (A), which is fixed with some fastening elements, known per se, for example some dowels with screws, to the conventional left wall of the enclosure, a right assembled rolling track (B) mirroring the left assembled rolling track (A), which is fixed with some fastening elements, known per se, for example some dowels with screws, to the conventional right wall of the enclosure, a drive module (C) and several assembled removable panels (D), the retractable modular wall being designed so that, if used inside or outside a building, in a raised state, is has the appearance of a horizontal beam, and in a lowered state, it acts as a wall, while, when used outside a building, in an raised state, is has the appearance of a horizontal beam, and, in a lowered state, it acts as a garage door, in any of the solutions it being designed to be operated using an electronic control, and, in the absence of power, it may also be operated manually, and if used in an enclosure, or inside, or outside a building, in a lowered state, it may act as a projection plane or as an advertising surface.
