(RO) MAŞINĂ CU PISTON ŞI METODĂ DE COMANDĂ A PISTOANELOR

The invention relates to a reciprocator as a pump or a reciprocating engine, of the type where two or more piston cylinders work together and which, in the case of the reciprocator pump contributes to driving a fluid stream and, in the case of the reciprocating engine, it is driven by a fluid stream. According to the invention, the reciprocator comprises two or more cylinders (14b and 14c) located by the same angular distance, relative to an axle, being provided with some pistons (16) with an alternative rectilinear movement, having some connecting rods (18b and 18c) by means of which each piston (16) is imparted a controlled displacement, correlated to the given controlled displacement of the other piston(s). According to the invention, the method consists in the fact that each piston is linearly accelerated and deccelerated at the end and at the beginning of an active travel, so that during the pass, the sum of the piston speeds, is constant and equal to the speed at which a piston works normally, during an active travel.

Invenţia se referă la o maşină cu piston, sub forma unei pompe sau motor cu piston, de tipul celor în care doi sau mai mulţi cilindri cu piston, careconlucrează şi care, în cazul exemplului de pompă al maşinii cu piston, contribuie la punerea în mişcare a unui curent de fluid, iar, în cazul exemplului de motor al maşinii cu piston, este acţionatde către un curent de fluid. Maşina conform invenţiei este alcătuită din doi sau mai mulţi cilindri(14b şi14c) poziţionaţi cu aceeaşi distanţă unghiulară, în raport cu o axă, prevăzuţi cu nişte pistoane (16) cu mişcare rectilinie, alternativă, având nişte biele (18b şi 18c) prin intermediul cărora fiecărui piston (16) i se imprimă o deplasare comandată, corelată cu deplasarea dată, comandată, aceluilalt sau celorlalte pistoane. Metoda conforminvenţiei constă în faptul că fiecare piston esteaccelerat şi decelerat liniar, la sfârşitul şi, respectiv, la începutul unei curse active, astfel încât suma vitezelor pistoanelor, în timpul fazei de tranzit, este constantă şi egală cu viteza la care un piston lucrează în mod normal, în timpul cursei active.
