Abstract

(PL) Sposób otrzymywania izotretinoiny znamienny tym, że przeprowadza się kondensację dienolanu 3,3-dimetyloakrylanu metylu o wzorze I z β-jonylidenoacetaldehydem o wzorze II w odpowiednim rozpuszczalniku w temperaturze (i) -60ºC do -80ºC przez 1-2 godziny i (ii) w temperaturze 25ºC do 45ºC przez 1-24 godzin, a następnie obróbkę w wodnym, kwasowym środowisku z wytworzeniem izotreytinoiny o wzorze IV w pojedynczym etapie. Izotretinoina (kwas 13-cis-retinowy) jest izomerem 13-cis witaminy A.
