This manufacturing method for a glass substrate having an open hole comprises: a step in which an inner circumference circle section and an outer circumference circle section, which have been irradiated with a laser light along substantially concentric circles, are formed on a surface of a glass material plate, which serves as the source of the glass substrate; a step in which heat is applied to an outside portion of the outer circumference circle section, causing the outside portion of the outer circumference circle section of the glass material plate to experience thermal expansion relative to an inside portion of the outer circumference circle section and forming a gap in the outer circumference circle section, and the inside portion of the outer circumference circle section and the outside portion of the outer circumference circle section are separated; and a step in which heat is applied to an outside portion of the inner circumference circle section, causing the outside portion of the inner circumference circle section of the glass material plate to experience relative thermal expansion and forming a gap in the inner circumference circle section, and an inside portion of the inner circumference circle section and the outside portion of the inner circumference circle section are separated.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication pour un substrat de verre ayant un trou ouvert comprenant : une étape dans laquelle une section cercle de circonférence interne et une section cercle de circonférence externe, qui ont été exposées à une lumière laser le long de cercles sensiblement concentriques, sont formées sur une surface d'une plaque de matériau de verre, qui sert de source du substrat de verre ; une étape dans laquelle de la chaleur est appliquée à une partie extérieure de la section cercle de circonférence externe, amenant la partie extérieure de la section cercle de circonférence externe de la plaque de matériau de verre à subir une expansion thermique par rapport à une partie interne de la section cercle de circonférence externe et formant un espace dans la section cercle de circonférence externe, et la partie intérieure de la section cercle de circonférence externe et la partie extérieure de la section cercle de circonférence externe sont séparées ; et une étape dans laquelle de la chaleur est appliquée à une partie extérieure de la section cercle de circonférence interne, amenant la partie extérieure de la section cercle de circonférence interne de la plaque de matériau de verre à subir une expansion thermique relative et formant un espace dans la section cercle de circonférence interne, et une partie intérieure de la section cercle de circonférence interne et la partie externe de la section cercle de circonférence interne sont séparées.
