Abstract
(EN) A method for producing a chemical substance by carrying out continuous fermentation under the condition of pH 3.5 or lower using a separation membrane. In the method, an yeast strain having vanillin resistance is used, whereby it becomes possible to produce the chemical substance with high efficiency without leaving a large amount of a fermentation raw material unused.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une substance chimique par mise en œuvre d'une fermentation continue dans des conditions de pH inférieur ou égal à 3,5 au moyen d'une membrane de séparation. Dans le procédé, une souche de levure présentant une résistance à la vanilline est utilisée, ce qui permet de produire la substance chimique avec une efficacité élevée sans qu'il ne reste une grande quantité d'une matière première de fermentation inutilisée.
(JA)  pH3.5以下の条件下での分離膜を利用した連続発酵による化学品の製造方法において、バニリン耐性を有する酵母を用いることによって、発酵原料が多量に余ることなく、効率よく化学品を製造することができる。
