Abstract
(EN) A mobile station, which communicates with a base station, comprises: a distance calculation unit (25) that calculates the distance between the mobile station and the base station; a reception power measurement unit (23) that measures the reception power of a reception signal received from the base station; a rainfall condition determination unit (24) that determines a transmission path quality on the basis of both the theoretical value of a reception power corresponding to the distance and the reception power measured by the reception power measurement unit (23) and that selects a communication parameter on the basis of the determined transmission path quality; and a modulation unit (22) that uses the communication parameter to generate a transmission signal to be transmitted to the base station.
(FR) Une station mobile, qui communique avec une station de base, comprend : une unité de calcul de distance (25) qui calcule la distance entre la station mobile et la station de base; une unité de mesurage de puissance de réception (23) qui mesure la puissance de réception d'un signal de réception reçu de la station de base; une unité de détermination de condition de précipitation (24) qui détermine la qualité d'une voie de transmission d'après la valeur théorique d'une puissance de réception correspondant à la distance et la puissance de réception mesurée par l'unité de mesurage de puissance de réception (23) et qui sélectionne un paramètre de communication d'après la qualité déterminée de la voie de transmission; et une unité de modulation (22) qui utilise le paramètre de communication pour générer un signal de transmission devant être transmis à la station de base.
(JA)  基地局と通信を行う移動局であって、自局と基地局との距離を算出する距離算出部25と、基地局から受信した受信信号の受信電力を測定する受信電力測定部23と、距離に対応する受信電力の理論値と、受信電力測定部23により測定された受信電力とに基づいて伝送路品質を判定し、判定した伝送路品質に基づいて通信パラメータを選択する降雨状態判定部24と、通信パラメータを用いて基地局へ送信する送信信号を生成する変調部22と、を備える。
