The present invention concerns a method for inducing differentiation of neuroectodermal oral stem cells, in particular from gingival tissue (GSCs), into osteoblasts by culturing them in an optimal serum-free medium supplemented by necessary components such as platelet lysate, growth hormone, heparin, and/or growth factors. The invention method provides osteoblasts for cell therapy, particularly for the restoration of bone defects in maxillary bones.

La présente invention concerne un procédé pour induire la différenciation de cellules souches orales neuroectodermiques, en particulier de tissus gingivaux (GSC), en ostéoblastes par leur culture dans un milieu sans sérum optimal complété par des composants nécessaires tels que le lysat de plaquettes, l'hormone de croissance, l'héparine et/ou les facteurs de croissance. Le procédé de l'invention permet d'obtenir des ostéoblastes pour une thérapie cellulaire, en particulier pour la restauration de défauts osseux dans des os maxillaires.
