Durch die Erfindung wird ein Verfahren zum Einarbeiten eines Umformwerkzeuges unter Verwendung von Tuschierfarbe bereitgestellt. Statt einer rein visuellen, dem subjektiven Ermessen unterliegenden Interpretation des dreidimensionalen Druckbildes (Tragbildes, Tuschierbildes) durch den Werkzeugmacher ist erfindungsgemäß eine Korrelation zwischen Farbunterschieden und Schichtdicke direkt messbar bzw. als Funktion darstellbar. Hierzu erfolgt erfindungsgemäß eine densitometrische Erfassung der relativen Farbschichtdicken im dreidimensionalen Druckbild. Die auf Grundlage der gemessenen relativen Farbschichtdicken ermittelten Höhen der topografischen Erhebungen im dreidimensionalen Druckbild werden mit dem tolerierten Werkzeugspalt verglichen, um im Bedarfsfall eine entsprechende Nachbearbeitung am Umformwerkzeug zur Verbesserung des Druckbildes vorzunehmen.

The invention provides a method for working in a forming tool using marking paint. Instead of a purely visual interpretation of the three-dimensional printed image (contact pattern, marking pattern) by the toolmaker, said interpretation being liable to subjective assessment, according to the invention a correlation between colour differences and layer thicknesses can be directly measured or displayed as a function. According to the invention, the relative colour layer thicknesses are densitometrically captured in the three-dimensional printed image. The heights of the topographical elevations in the three-dimensional printed image, which are determined on the basis of the measured relative colour layer thicknesses, are compared with the tolerated tool gap in order for postprocessing to be carried out where necessary on the forming tool to improve the printed image.

L'invention concerne un procédé d'ajustage d'un outil de formage à l'aide d'une matière de dressage. Au lieu d'une interprétation purement visuelle de l'image d'impression tridimensionnelle (image support, image de dressage), soumise à l'évaluation subjective, effectuée par un outilleur, une corrélation entre les différences de couleur et l'épaisseur de couche peut, selon l'invention, être mesurée directement ou représentée en tant que fonction. A cet effet, une détection densitométrique des épaisseurs relatives de la couche colorée dans l'image d'impression tridimensionnelle est effectuée. Les hauteurs des élévations topographiques dans l'image d'impression tridimensionnelle, déterminées sur la base des épaisseurs relatives mesurées de la couche colorée, sont comparées à l'interstice d'outil toléré pour effectuer, en cas de besoin, un usinage ultérieur correspondant sur l'outil de formage pour améliorer l'image d'impression.
