Abstract
(DE) Die Verwendung eines thermoplastischen Faserverbund-Werkstoffs, enthaltend: a) eine thermoplastische Formmasse A als Matrix, b) eine Lage aus Verstärkungsfasern B, und c) optional ein Additiv C, wobei die Lage aus Verstärkungsfasern B in die thermoplastische Formmasse A eingebettet ist, und wobei die thermoplastische Formmasse A mindestens eine chemisch reaktive Funktionalität aufweist, welche während des Herstellungsprozesses des Faserverbund-Werkstoffs mit chemischen Gruppen an der Oberfläche der Verstärkungsfaser-Komponente B reagiert, und wobei die als Matrix fungierende thermoplastische Formmasse A transparent oder transluzent ist und gegenüber Matrices, die keine chemisch reaktive Funktionalität aufweisen, gemessen bei 1 mm Schichtdicke eine um 10% höhere Transparenz oder Transluzenz für weißes Licht besitzt, eignet sich besonders zur Herstellung von transparenten oder transluzenten Formkörpern, Folien und Beschichtungen.
(EN) The invention relates to the use of a thermoplastic fiber composite material, containing: a) a thermoplastic molding material A as a matrix, b) a layer of reinforcing fibers B, and c) optionally an additive C, wherein the layer of reinforcing fibers B is embedded in the thermoplastic molding material A, and wherein the thermoplastic molding material A has at least one chemically reactive functionality which reacts with chemical groups at the surface of the reinforcing fiber component B during the production process of the fiber composite material, and wherein the thermoplastic molding material A functioning as a matrix is transparent or translucent and has in relation to matrices, which do not have any chemically reactive functionality, an about 10 % higher transparency or translucency for white light when measured at a layer thickness of 1 mm. Said use according to the invention is particularly suitable for the production of transparent or translucent molding bodies, films and coatings.
(FR) L’invention concerne l'utilisation d'un matériau composite fibreux thermoplastique, comprenant : a) une matière moulée thermoplastique A comme matrice, b) une couche de fibres de renforcement B et c) éventuellement un additif C. La couche de fibres de renforcement B est incorporée dans la matière moulée thermoplastique A. La matière moulée thermoplastique A comporte au moins une fonctionnalité chimiquement réactive qui réagit, au cours du procédé de production de matériau composite fibreux, à des groupes chimiques à la surface du composant de fibres de renforcement B. La matière moulée thermoplastique servant de matrice A est transparente ou translucide et possède, par rapport aux matrices qui ne présentent aucune fonctionnalité chimiquement réactive, une transparence ou translucidité pour la lumière blanche, mesurée à une épaisseur de couche de 1 mm, qui est plus élevées de 10%. L’utilisation est particulièrement appropriée à la production de corps moulés, films et revêtements transparents ou translucides.
