Abstract
(DE) Beheizte Formnester von Spritzgießwerkzeugen benötigen lange Aufwärm- und Abkühlphasen, sodass die Fertigungsstückzahlen niedrig, die Stückkosten hoch sowie der Wirkungsgrad durch die Temperierungsenergien gering ist. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, diese Nachteile zu beseitigen bzw. zu verringern. Erfindungsgemäß wird dies dadurch gelöst, dass ein Werkzeugeinsatz zur zumindest abschnittsweisen Begrenzung eines Formnests, welches in einer Formplatte eines Spritzgießwerkzeugs zum Herstellen von Bauteilen aus einem fließfähigen Material ausgebildet ist, mit einem Grundkörper vorgesehen ist, der eine formgebenden Vorderseite für das Formnest und eine der formgebenden Vorderseite gegenüberliegende Rückseite aufweist, wobei der Grundkörper auf seiner formgebenden Vorderseite eine Schichtheizung trägt.
