Die Erfindung betrifft einen Bolzen zum lösbaren Verbinden zweier mit wenigstens einer Durchgangsbohrung versehener Bauteile. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Spannsystem, um mit Durchgangsbohrungen versehende Gegenstände lösbar, schnell und sicher miteinander zu verbinden. Der Einsteckbolzen umfasst ein Bolzengehäuse (11) mit Durchtrittsöffnungen für Klemmmittel (30), die in den Durchtrittsöffnungen des Bolzengehäuses (11) gelagert sind, ein Klemmmittel, das in den Durchtrittsöffnungen des Bolzengehäuses (11) gelagert ist; und ein im Inneren des Bolzengehäuses (11) angeordnetes mit Außengewinde (24) versehenes Spannmittel, dessen Außengewinde (24) in ein Innengewinde (12) des Bolzengehäuses (11) eingreift und welches das Klemmmittel (20) beim Spannen aus dem Bolzengehäuse (11) herausdrückt, so dass ein äußerer Abschnitt des Klemmmittels aus den Durchtrittsöffnungen heraustritt. Hierbei ist das Klemmmittel als zumindest ein im Bolzengehäuse verdrehsicher gelagertes Schiebeelement (30) ausgebildet und der äußere Abschnitt des Schiebeelements (30) weist eine Stützfläche (31) in Form eines Mantelflächensegments eines Kegelstumpfes oder eine ringförmige Stützfläche auf.
