Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Kontaktelement für eine elektrische Steckverbindervorrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kontaktelement einen geformten ersten Endabschnitt (102) und einen geformten, eine Längsachse definierenden, länglichen Aufnahmeabschnitt (101), zur mechanischen und elektrischen Kopplung bzw. Aufnahme eines zu dem Kontaktelement komplementär ausgebildeten Gegenkontaktelements einer mit der elektrischen Steckverbindungsvorrichtung zu paarenden Steckverbindervorrichtung umfasst, welche beide aus einem elektrisch leitfähigen Material hergestellt sind. Der längliche Aufnahmeabschnitt erstreckt sich vom ersten Endabschnitt im Wesentlichen zylinderförmig. Dieser Endabschnitt sowie der längliche, zylinderartige Aufnahmeabschnitt sind durch Materialumformung des elektrisch leitfähigen Materials mittels zumindest vorherrschend parallel zur Längsachse einwirkender Kraft frei von Nähten und Schnittstößen geformt und zumindest der durch Materialumformung des elektrisch leitfähigen Materials geformte Aufnahmeabschnitt bildet entlang der Längsachse einen von dem umgeformten elektrisch leitfähigen Material ummantelten, zylinderartigen Innenraum aus.
(EN) The invention relates to a contact element for an electrical plug connector apparatus, characterized in that the contact element comprises a shaped first end section (102) and a shaped elongate receiving section (101), which defines a longitudinal axis, for mechanically and electrically coupling or receiving a mating contact element, which is designed to complement the contact element, of a plug connector apparatus which is to be paired with the electrical plug connection apparatus, said plug connector/connection apparatuses being produced from an electrically conductive material.
