Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Aufbereiten von Müllverbrennungsasche (A), insbesondere von Hausmüllverbrennungsasche (HMVA), bei dem die Asche in einer von der eigentlichen Müllverbrennung getrennten Aufbereitungsanlage (11) in eine Mehrzahl von Fraktionen unterschiedlicher Korngrößenverteilung klassiert wird, wobei in der Aufbereitungsanlage (11) die Klassierung der Asche (A) ausschließlich durch eine Nassklassierung erfolgt, bei der Nassklassierung ausschließlich kornschonende Klassierungsverfahren angewendet werden, und die Nassklassierung derart durchgeführt wird, dass die Asche (A) vollständig in wenigstens eine mit Schadstoffen belastete Feinfraktion (I) und zumindest eine schadstoffarme oder schadstofffreie Grobfraktion (II, III) klassiert wird.
(EN) The invention relates to a method for processing waste incineration ashes (A), in particular domestic waste incineration ashes (HMVA), in which the ashes are classified into a plurality of fractions of different grain size distributions in a processing plant (11) separated from the actual waste incineration process. The ashes (A) are classified exclusively using a wet classification process in the processing plant (11), only wet classification processes that are gentle to the grains being used, and the wet classification process is performed in such a way that all of the ashes (A) are classified into at least one fine fraction (I) loaded with harmful substances and at least one coarse fraction (II, III) that contains only a small amount of harmful substances or no harmful substances at all.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement de cendres issues de l'incinération de déchets, notamment de cendres issues de l'incinération de déchets ménagers, selon lequel les cendres sont classées en une pluralité de fractions de distributions granulométriques différentes dans une installation de traitement séparée de l'installation d'incinération proprement dite. Dans l'installation de traitement, le classement des cendres est réalisé exclusivement par classement par voie humide et le classement par voie humide fait uniquement intervenir des processus de classement respectueux des grains. Le classement par voie humide est réalisé de telle manière que les cendres sont classées en au moins une fraction fine chargée de polluants et au moins une fraction grossière peu chargée ou exempte de polluants.
