Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Herstellvorrichtung zum Durchführen eines Blasform-, Füll- und Schliessverfahrens für Kunststoffbehälter mit mindestens einer ersten Art einer Formvorrichtung (10), in die mindestens ein Schlauch plastifizierten Kunststoffmaterials einbringbar ist. Dadurch, dass die jeweilige Formvorrichtung (10) der ersten Art um eine Achse (20) schwenkbar zu einzelnen, räumlich voneinander getrennten Stationen (22,24,26) bringbar ist und dass zumindest eine Station (24) dem Blasformen des Behälters dient und eine weitere Station (26) dem Befüllen und Verschliessen des derart blasgeformten Behälters, ist es möglich, zumindest zeitgleich einen Schlauch aus plastifiziertem Kunststoffmaterial zum Herstellen des Kunststoffbehälters blaszuformen und einen entsprechend derart hergestellten Behälter in der anderen Station mit dem Medium, insbesondere in Form eines Fluids, zu befüllen und zu verschliessen. Demgemäss lassen sich die Taktzeiten gegenüber den bekannten Herstellvorrichtungen reduzieren und damit die Ausstossraten an herzustellenden befüllten und steril verschlossenen Behältern deutlich erhöhen.
(EN) The invention relates to a production device for carrying out a method for blow moulding, filling and closing plastic containers, using at least one first type of moulding device (10) in which at least one tube consisting of a plasticized plastic material can be inserted. According to the invention, the respective first type of moulding device (10) can be brought to individual, spatially separated stations (22,24,26) in such a way that it can be pivoted about an axis (20), at least one station (24) is used to blow-mould the container, and another station (26) is used to fill and close the thus blow-moulded container. In this way, a tube consisting of plasticized plastic material for producing the plastic container can be blow-moulded, and a correspondingly produced container in the other station can be filled with the medium, especially in the form of a fluid, and closed, at least isochronously. The clock times can be reduced accordingly, in relation to known production devices, and thus the rate of output towards filled containers closed in a sterile manner to be produced can be significantly increased.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de soufflage, de remplissage et de fermeture de contenants en plastique, comportant au moins un premier type de moule (10) dans lequel au moins un tube de matériau plastique plastifié peut être introduit. Du fait que le moule (10) du premier type peut pivoter autour d'un axe (20) par rapport à des stations mutuellement séparées (22, 24, 26), et qu'au moins une station (24) sert au soufflage du contenant et une autre station (26) sert au remplissage et à la fermeture du contenant ainsi soufflé, il est possible de souffler un tube de matériau plastique plastifié destiné à la fabrication du contenant en plastique, et de remplir au moyen d'une substance, notamment sous forme de fluide, et fermer simultanément un tel contenant en plastique dans l'autre station. Par conséquent, les durées de cycle peuvent être réduites par rapport à des dispositifs de fabrication connus, et les débits d'éjection peuvent être considérablement augmentés sur des contenants à fabriquer, remplis et fermés de façon stérile.
