Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a system and a control method especially applied to electric motors designed to drive cyclic loads. The present system comprises an electric motor (10), at least an electronic control unit (20) and at least an electronic power unit (30). The electric motor (10) is electrically driven by the electronic power unit (30), the electronic power unit (30) is electrically controlled by the electronic control unit (20), the system comprises an average speed controller implemented by the electronic control unit (20), the average speed controller is designed to monitor an instantaneous speed (Vi) of the electric motor (10) and provide an average speed value of the motor (10), the electronic control unit (20) is designed to calculate an average voltage (Vm) from the average speed obtained, the electronic power unit (30) is designed to drive electrically the electric motor (10) with an instantaneous voltage value (Vins), this instantaneous voltage value (Vins) is calculated by multiplying the average voltage (Vm) by the result of the division of the instantaneous speed (Vi) by the average speed.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé de commande trouvant une application particulière dans les moteurs électriques destinés à l'actionnement de charges cycliques. Le présent système comprend un moteur électrique (10), au moins une unité de commande électronique (20) et au moins une unité électronique de puissance (30), le moteur électrique (10) étant actionné électriquement au moyen de l'unité électronique de puissance (30), ladite unité électronique de puissance (30) étant commandée électriquement au moyen de l'unité de commande électronique (20). Le système comprend un régulateur de vitesse moyenne mis en oeuvre par l'intermédiaire de l'unité de commande électronique (20), le régulateur de vitesse moyenne étant conçu pour surveiller une vitesse instantanée (Vi) du moteur électrique (10) et pour fournir une valeur de vitesse moyenne du moteur (10), l'unité de commande électronique (20) étant conçue pour calculer une tension moyenne (Vm) à partir de la vitesse moyenne obtenue, l'unité électronique de puissance (30) étant conçue pour actionner électriquement le moteur électrique (10) au moyen d'une valeur de tension instantanée (Vins), cette valeur de tension instantanée (Vins) étant calculée par multiplication de la tension moyenne (Vm) par le résultat de la division entre la vitesse instantanée (Vi) et la vitesse moyenne.
(PT) A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema e a um método de controle especialmente aplicados em motores elétricos orientados para o acionamento de cargas cíclicas. O presente sistema compreende um motor elétrico (10), pelo menos uma unidade eletrônica de controle (20) e pelo menos uma unidade eletrônica de potência (30), o motor elétrico (10) é acionado eletricamente através da unidade eletrônica de potência (30), a unidade eletrônica de potência (30) sendo comandada eletricamente através da unidade eletrônica de controle (20), o sistema compreendendo um controlador de velocidade média implementado através da unidade eletrônica de controle (20), o controlador de velocidade média sendo configurado para monitorar uma velocidade instantânea (Vi) do motor elétrico (10) e prover um valor de velocidade média do motor (10), a unidade eletrônica de controle (20) sendo configurada para calcular uma tensão media (Vm) a partir da velocidade média obtida, a unidade eletrônica de potência (30) sendo configurada para acionar eletricamente o motor elétrico (10) através de um valor de tensão instantânea (Vins), sendo este valor de tensão instantânea (Vins) calculado através da multiplicação da tensão média (Vm) pelo resultado da divisão entre a velocidade instantânea (Vi) e a velocidade média.
