The present invention relates to an energy-independent logger, which will be use in the field of water supply and sewerage systems and facilities, and in particular for monitoring mains and sewerage networks. The provided energy-independent logger includes a reversible axial turbine (1) coupled directly to shaft (2) of an alternating current generator (3) all mounted together in a tubular metal housing 6. The alternating current generator (3) is attached by ribs to the inside of the tubular metal housing (6) with an opening being provided in one of the ribs and the metal housing (6) through which the cables of the alternating current generator (3) pass through to a regulator (4). The regulator (4) is connected to a rechargeable battery (5) to power a telemeter (8) with a built-in 3G modem. The regulator (4), the battery (5) and the telemeter (8) are housed in a second housing (7) attached to the tubular metal housing (6). According to the invention, the regulator (4) includes a rectifier unit of three-phase alternating voltage of the generator (3) and an electronic charge regulator of the battery (5). The provided logger allows remote measurement, control and balancing of the water cycle. Through the built-in 3G modem with the corresponding SIM card and the continuous power supply, the telemeter (8) sends real-time data to a web-based application for visualizing and managing measurement data.

(57) La présente invention concerne un enregistreur autonome en énergie, qui sera utilisé dans le domaine des systèmes et installations d'alimentation en eau et d'assainissement, et en particulier pour la surveillance de réseaux électriques et d'assainissement. L'enregistreur autonome en énergie prévu comprend une turbine axiale réversible (1) couplée directement à l'arbre (2) d'un générateur de courant alternatif (3) tous montés ensemble dans un boîtier métallique tubulaire (6). Le générateur de courant alternatif (3) est fixé par des nervures à l'intérieur du boîtier métallique tubulaire (6), une ouverture étant ménagée dans l'une des nervures et le boîtier métallique (6) à travers laquelle passent les câbles du générateur de courant alternatif (3) vers un régulateur (4). Le régulateur (4) est connecté à une batterie rechargeable (5) afin d'alimenter un télémètre (8) au moyen d'un modem 3G intégré. Le régulateur (4), la batterie (5) et le télémètre (8) sont installés dans un second boîtier (7) fixé au boîtier métallique tubulaire (6). Selon l'invention, le régulateur (4) comprend une unité de redressement de tension alternative triphasée du générateur (3) et un régulateur électronique de charge de la batterie (5). L'enregistreur prévu permet une mesure, une commande et un équilibrage à distance du cycle de l'eau. Par l'intermédiaire du modem 3G intégré avec la carte SIM correspondante et l'alimentation électrique continue, le télémètre (8) envoie des données en temps réel à une application web pour visualiser et gérer des données de mesure.
