The invention relates to building materials, particularly to processes for producing building finishing materials, and can be used for interior and exterior finishing of all surfaces of the residential, industrial and other buildings, as well as fireplaces, furnaces, ceilings, bathrooms, etc. The process for producing a building finishing material comprises mixing of an inorganic binder and/or auxiliary agents with quartz sand with the production of a homogeneous material, formation of the material with its simultaneous reinforcement by a cushioning material, and thermal treatment. The thermal treatment is carried out over the entire volume of the material with the help of a microwave oscillator, at a frequency of 2450 MHz, for 20...40 s, at a temperature of 20...180°C, with simultaneous vacuum evaporation of air, as well as with subsequent curing of the produced material at a temperature of 25...38°C for 20...40 min.

L'invention concerne des matériaux de construction, en particulier des procédés de production de matériaux de finition de construction, et peut être utilisée pour la finition intérieure et extérieure de toutes les surfaces de bâtiments résidentiels, industriels et autres, ainsi que des cheminées, des fours, des plafonds, des salles de bain, etc. Le procédé de production d'un matériau de finition de construction consiste à mélanger un liant inorganique et/ou des agents auxiliaires avec du sable de quartz pour produire un matériau homogène, à former le matériau en le renforçant simultanément avec un matériau d'amortissement, et à le traiter thermiquement. Le traitement thermique est mis en œuvre sur l'ensemble du volume du matériau à l'aide d'un oscillateur hyperfréquence, à une fréquence de 2 450 MHz, pendant 20 à 40 s, à une température de 20 à 180 °C, avec évaporation simultanée sous vide de l'air, ainsi qu'avec le durcissement subséquent du matériau produit à une température de 25 à 38 °C pendant 20 à 40 min.
