Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a process for removing aromatic polycyclic compounds, which contain sulfur and are present in oil fractions or solubilized in organic solvents. The removal involves the use of selective adsorbents, which are polymeric matrices with a high cross-linking action and porosity. The sulfur compounds are adsorbed in a recognition site and released by washing the adsorbent with polar solvents. The invention describes the synthesis procedures of polymers, which consist in methods of molecular printing so as to generate matrices with selective recognition sites for target molecules;the same are of a thiophenic nature i.e., thiophene derivatives:dibenzothiophene, a dibenzothiophene sulfone, benzothiophene, 4,6-dimetyl dibenzothiophene, benzonaphtothiophenes, etc. The process may also be applied for removing compounds with heterocycles of six members, which contain two sulfur atoms such as thianthrene, thiols or mercaptants.
(ES) La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la remoción de compuestos aromáticos policiclicos que contengan azufre y que se encuentren presentes en fracciones de petróleo o solubilizados en solventes orgánicos. La remoción implica el uso de adsorbentes selectivos que son matrices poliméricas de alto entrecruzamiento y porosas. Los compuestos azufrados se adsorben en sitios de reconocimiento y se desorben mediante lavados del adsorbente con solventes polares. Se describen los procedimientos de síntesis de los polímeros basados en métodos de impresión molecular para la generación de matrices con sitios de reconocimiento selectivo para moléculas blanco. Estas moléculas blanco son de naturaleza tiofénica, es decir, derivados del tiofeno:dibenzotiofeno, la sulfona del dibenzotiofeno, benzotiofeno, 4,6-dimetil dibenzotiofeno, benzonaftotiofenos, etc.También puede aplicarse a la remoción de compuestos con heterociclos de seis miembros conteniendo dosátomos de azufre tales como tiantreno, asícomo tioles o mercaptanos.
