Title: PSEUDO-RANDOM OPERATIONS METHOD FOR THE DATA ENCRYPTION
Abstract:
Disclosed is a novel pseudo-random method for encrypting data oriented to blocks. The Method performs operations at a bit level in a bit block in a random manner wherein the secret key of the K encryption is a GNA seed. The number of bits of the encryption is provided by the number of bits of said GNA. The invention provides a quick look to basic concepts regarding the GNA operation with the purpose of explaining in a better manner the operation of the Method. The inventive method is extensively detailed so that it may be implemented with normalised and whole number GNA¿s wherein a plurality of simplifications are explained for achieving a better efficiency and easier implementation thereof. Said method offers a safe means for encrypting information, which is not only light and easily implemented but also cost effective computationally speaking. The Method is ideal for encrypting large volumes of information, and for wireless applications where saving power is a substantial factor to consider.
