Abstract

A fuel for a diesel engine is produced by using a fish waste oil or a mixture of a vegetable waste oil and the fish waste oil which have conventionally been wasted as a staring material. Fish oil (virgin oil or fish waste oil) or a mixture of the fish oil and vegetable oil (virgin oil or vegetable waste oil) (hereinafter referred to as starting material) is subjected to stirring treatment while introducing ozone, and an oxidation-reduction agent and a polymerization inhibitor are added during the stirring treatment. Moreover, it comprises the respective steps of a first treatment step in which a stirring treatement is carried out while introducing ozone to the above-mentioned starting material, and an oxidation-reduction agent and a polymerization inhibitor are added during the stirring treatement, a second treatment step in which the material obtained in the above-mentioned first step is filtered and a stirring treatment is further carried out while introducing ozone again, and a step of introducing a vegetable additive to the resulting material by the second treatment step.

Se produce un combustible para un motor diesel que usa, como un material de partida, un aceite de desechos de pescado o una mezcla de un aceite de desecho de vegetales y el aceite de desecho de pescados, la cual se ha desperdiciado convencionalmente. El aceite de pescado (aceite virgen o aceite de desecho de pescados) o una mezcla filtrada del aceite de pescado y aceites vegetales (aceite virgen o aceites de desecho de vegetales) se somete a un tratamiento de agitación, con una velocidad de rotación necesaria para causar el fenómeno de descomposición por la interrupción de la estructura de la composición del material de partida, mientras se introduce el ozono para pulverizar finamente dicho material de partida, una etapa de filtrar el material obtenido en el primer tratamiento, una segunda etapa de tratamiento de agitar un filtrado, mientras se introduce ozono, para pulverizar más finamente dicho filtrado, y una etapa de introducir un agente que previene la cristalización en un material, obtenido por la segunda etapa de tratamiento, donde el agente de oxidación-reducción y un inhibidor de la polimerización se agregan durante la primera etapa de tratamiento, de manera que dicho material de partida no se oxide.
