PURPOSE: A method for preparing 3'-amino-2',3'-dideoxyguanosine is provided to be able to obtain the desired product with higher yield compared to a chemoenzymatic method through deamination of adenosine deaminase.

CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing 3'-amino-2',3'-dideoxyguanosine comprises the steps of: (a) glycosylating 3'-amino-3'-deoxythymidine and 2,6-di-aminopurine using nucleoside phosphorylase to prepare 3'-amino-2',3'-di-deoxyribosyl 2,6-di-aminopurine; and (b) enzymatically converting the 3'-amino-2',3'-di-deoxyribosyl 2,6-di-aminopurine into 3'-amino-2',3'-dideoxy guanosine represented by the formula(1).

(KO) 본 발명은 3'-아미노-2',3'-디데옥시구아노신의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 3'-아미노-3'-데옥시티미딘을 출발물질로 효소작용으로 3-아미노-2,3-디데옥시리보스를 2,6-디아미노퓨린에 전이하여 3'-아미노-2',3'-디데옥시리보실2,6-디아미노퓨린을 높은 수율로 만든 후 아데노신 디아미나아제의 작용으로 탈아민화하여 3'-아미노-2',3'-디데옥시구아노신을 효율적으로 제조하는 방법이다.
