(KO) 사람파필로마바이러스의 검출을 위한 프라이머
Abstract
(EN)

PURPOSE: Primers for detection of human papillomavirus(HPV) are provided to analyze infection of HPV, genotype of infected HPV, and effectiveness and risk of HPV vaccine.

CONSTITUTION: A pair of primers for detecting human papillomavirus(HPV) capable of complementarily binding to the genes of HPV has the nucleotide sequences selected from SEQ ID NO:1 and SEQ ID NO:2, SEQ ID NO:3 and SEQ ID NO:4, SEQ ID NO:5 and SEQ ID NO:6, and SEQ ID NO:7 and SEQ ID NO:8, wherein the HPV genes are HPV11-L1, HPV16-L1, HPV18-L1 and HPV31-L1. A kit for detecting human papillomavirus comprises the primer pair. The HPV genes are detected by performing PCR of a biological sample using at least one primer pair.
