(KO) 비대칭 선형 카보네이트의 제조방법
Abstract
(EN)

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preparing an asymmetric linear carbonate of a high purity in a high purity within a short time without the generation of by-products by preventing the deterioration of a catalytic activity.

CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of reacting a symmetric linear carbonate and a linear ester compound in the presence of a basic catalyst by transesterification; and separating an asymmetric linear carbonate from the obtained product. Preferably the linear ester compound is an acetate compound selected from the group consisting of methyl acetate, ethyl acetate, propyl acetate, isopropyl acetate, n-butyl acetate and t-butyl acetate; and the basic catalyst is a nucleophilic or reductive metal salt catalyst selected from the group consisting of lithium methoxide, lithium ethoxide, sodium methoxide, lithium amide, calcium hydride and their mixture.

(KO) 리튬 2차 전지용 용매 등으로 유용한 비대칭 선형 카보네이트를 대칭 선형 카보네이트로부터 제조하는 방법이 개시된다. 상기 비대칭 선형 카보네이트의 제조방법은, 염기성 촉매의 존재 하에서, 대칭 선형 카보네이트와 선형 에스테르 화합물을 에스테르 교환 반응시키는 단계; 및 상기 에스테르 교환 반응의 생성물로부터 비대칭 선형 카보네이트를 분리하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 선형 에스테르 화합물로는 아세테이트 화합물을 사용하는 것이 바람직하다.
