Abstract
(EN)

Streak defects are reduced by making correction for each unit head even if there is variation in jet characteristic of ink droplet among unit heads and even if there is variation in arrangement accuracy of the unit heads. A liquid jet device comprises a line head (10) where (unit) heads (11) having liquid jet portions are arranged are arranged side by side. The liquid jet device further comprises jet direction changing means for changing the direction of jet of a liquid droplet jetted from a nozzle of each liquid jet portion into one of directions parallel to the direction of the arrangement of the liquid jet portions and reference direction setting means for setting one main direction used as a reference out of the jet directions of the liquid droplet changeable by the jet direction changing means individually for each unit head (11). The jet direction of the third liquid jet portion in each of the "N-1"-th and "N+1"-th heads (11) is the main direction, and the jet direction of the second liquid jet portion of the "N" -th head (11) is the main direction.

(KO) 단위 헤드간에 잉크 액적의 토출 특성의 분산이 있거나 단위 헤드의 배치 정밀도에 분산이 있는 경우에도 각 단위 헤드에 따른 보정을 수행함으로써, 줄 얼룩의 경감 등을 도모한다. 액체 토출부를 배열한 (단위)헤드(11)를 헤드(11)간에 서로 연결되도록 복수 병설한 라인 헤드(10)를 구비하는 액체 토출 장치에 있어서, 각 액체 토출부의 노즐로부터 토출되는 액적의 토출 방향을 액체 토출부의 배열 방향에서 복수의 방향으로 가변시키는 토출 방향 가변 수단과, 각 헤드(11)마다의 토출 방향 가변 수단에 의한 액적의 복수 토출 방향중 기준이 되는 하나의 주 방향을 개별적으로로 설정하는 기준 방향 설정 수단을 구비한다. 「N - 1」번째 및 「N + 1」번째의 헤드(11)에서는 좌측으로부터 3번째 토출 방향이 주 방향을 설정되며, 「N」번째 헤드(11)에서는 우측으로부터 2번째 토출 방향이 주 방향으로 설정된다.
