PURPOSE: A resin composite pipe capable of being easily wound into the ring shape is provided to improve transportability and constructability without damages to the circularity of the composite pipe when winding the composite pipe. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a resin composite pipe(100) comprises following steps. The metal pipe(30) is prepared. An adhesive layer(40) is formed on the outer surface of the metal pipe. A resin layer(50) is formed while resin is extruded on the adhesive layer. The metal pipe is coated. The thickness(p) of the metal pipe is 5~20% of the thickness(q) of the resin layer. 본 발명은 금속관의 외부면에 접착층과 수지층을 형성하여 복합관을 제조하되, 복합관을 제조한 후 환형으로 권취하더라도 복합관이 손상되지 않고 횡단면이 원형을 유지할 수 있으며, 시공을 위해서 직관으로 환원하더라도 박리, 좌굴 등이 발생하지 않고, 이에 따라 제품의 시공성 및 운반성이 매우 우수하다는 장점을 가진다.
