Abstract
(EN) PURPOSE: A high-rigidity table bed device of a horizontal machining center is provided to obtain a high-quality processed product by efficiently dispersing cutting force generated during a cutting process. CONSTITUTION: A high-rigidity table bed device(100) of a horizontal machining center comprises a first partition part(140), a second partition part(150), a first support(110), and a second support(120). The first and second partition parts are symmetrically arranged on both sides of a bed. The first and second supports are connected to one end of the first and second partition parts and disperse loads transferred to the tops of the first and second partition parts. COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
(KO) 본 발명은 수평형 머시닝센터의 테이블 베드의 구조에 있어서, 보다 상세하게는 높이방향을 따라 발생하는 하중뿐만 아니라 하중에 수직한 방향의 절삭력에 대한 강성까지 고려한 수평형 머시닝 센터의 고강성 테이블 베드 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 머시닝 센터의 테이블 베드 장치(100)는, 상기 베드 양측에 높이방향을 따라 대칭 배치되는 제1격벽부(140) 및 제2격벽부(150)와, 상기 제1격벽부(140) 및 상기 제2격벽부(150)의 상부를 따라 전달되는 하중이 분산되도록 각 상기 제1격벽부(140) 및 상기 제2격벽부(150)의 사이에 엇갈려 대칭 고정되는 제1지지대(110) 및 제2지지대(120)를 포함하는 구조인 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 수평형 머시닝 센터의 고강성 테이블 베드 장치에 의하면, 각 지지대가 X 형상으로 엇갈려 고정되는 구조를 이루고 있음에 따라 수평형 머시닝 센터에 장착할 경우 절삭가공에 의해 발생하는 절삭력을 효율적으로 분산시킬 수 있기 때문에, 절삭가공시 고강성을 담보하여 고품위의 가공물을 얻을 수 있는 효과가 있다.
